چکیده
Abstract The fast and untraceable virus mutations take lives of thousands people before the immune system can produce inhibitory antibody. recent outbreak COVID-19 infected killed in world. Rapid methods finding peptides or antibody sequences that inhibit viral epitopes SARS-CoV-2 will save life thousands. To predict neutralizing antibodies for a high-throughput manner, this paper, we use different machine learning (ML) model to possible synthetic SARS-CoV-2. We collected 1933 virus-antibody their clinical patient neutralization response trained an ML response. Using graph featurization with variety methods, like XGBoost, Random Forest, Multilayered Perceptron, Support Vector Machine Logistic Regression, screened hypothetical found nine stable potentially combined bioinformatics, structural biology, Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations verify stability candidate

A novel corona virus 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak: review article
In 2019 a newly emerged coronavirus was detected by the Center for disease control (CDC) in China. Nucleic acid sequencing from nose and throat swab samples of patients revealed that it was like severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV). World Health Organization (WHO) named it coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and reported more than 100000 positive tests until March 2020 for C...
متن کاملInfluenza Virus Resistance to Human Neutralizing Antibodies
The human antibody repertoire has an exceptionally large capacity to recognize new or changing antigens through combinatorial and junctional diversity established at the time of V(D)J recombination and through somatic hypermutation. Influenza viruses exhibit a relentless capacity to escape the human antibody response by altering the amino acids of their surface proteins in hypervariable domains...
متن کاملAnti-idiotypic antibodies induce neutralizing antibodies to rabies virus glycoprotein.
Rabbit anti-idiotypic antibodies (alpha Id Ab) were prepared against five murine monoclonal antibodies (mAb) specific for the rabies virus glycoprotein. Four of the mAb were directed against three known, type-specific, neutralizing sites on the glycoprotein, and the other mAb was directed against a topographically uncharacterized, nonneutralizing epitope. An absence of significant cross-reactiv...
متن کاملAntibodies Targeting Novel Neutralizing Epitopes of Hepatitis C Virus Glycoprotein Preclude Genotype 2 Virus Infection
Currently, there is no effective vaccine to prevent hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, partly due to our insufficient understanding of the virus glycoprotein immunology. Most neutralizing antibodies (nAbs) were identified using glycoprotein immunogens, such as recombinant E1E2, HCV pseudoparticles or cell culture derived HCV. However, the fact that in the HCV acute infection phase, only a small...
متن کاملTowards HIV - 1 remission : potential roles for broadly neutralizing antibodies
Introduction Combination antiretroviral therapy (ART) suppresses viremia and extends the life span of infected individuals, but the daily burden of ART and its associated toxicities make an HIV cure highly desirable. Current therapies are not curative because they do not eliminate a pool of long-lived cells harboring immunologically silent but replication-competent proviruses — termed the laten...
